Dear God,

While deep in thoughts I sit amazed
And Wonder at the life that's mine,
The future present and the past
All stand as one within thy shrine.

Oh, God who was, Oh God who is,
Oh, God to come, Eternal Bliss
Thy love for me your child so weak
Is much much more than I can seek.

Sing O! Creation to this God
Who does not hide himself afar
But comes to you whenever you call
To lift you up from great a fall.

Love, my wretched sins you pardon;
Sir, let not my heart to harden;
My time to see you face to face
Is nearer now than yesterdays.

O Lord I cant afford to sin
And lose my life in dirt and shame;
Let grace and truth again begin
And restore me to thy Name's fame.
